BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your guest may enjoy their Gift Voucher whenever they wish.
To guarantee table availability on the desired date and time, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the Gift Voucher must be presented in order to redeem it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Validity
The Gift Card is valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, it will expire and may not be used or refunded.
2. Exclusive Use
The Gift Card is valid exclusively at Parada Torres restaurant, located in Barcelona’s Santa Caterina Market.
3. Redemption and Conditions of Use
The Gift Card must be redeemed in a single transaction.
No change or remaining balance will be issued if the total bill is lower than the value of the Gift Card.
If the total bill exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer must pay the difference.
Not valid for private events.
4. Advance Reservation Required
Advance booking is recommended, and guests should mention the use of the Gift Card when making the reservation. Availability is subject to capacity.
5. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable for Cash
The Gift Card is non-refundable, either fully or partially, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Loss, Theft or Misuse
Parada Torres is not responsible for any loss, theft or unauthorised use of the Gift Card.
7. Amendments
Parada Torres reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without affecting previously purchased Gift Cards.
